Well Branding is defined as ‘ to identify the goods and services of one seller or group of sellers and to differentiate them from those of other sellers‘
So you want people to be able to recognise YOU from your competition. In the personal training world this is really important as there will be numerous trainers within your gym, your local area and your city.

This gives people the impression that you run a professional business and so they want to do business with YOU!
Brand your business at the very start and as your business grows and establishes itself, so will your brand!
