Here's an idea when setting your pricing structure....

1) Set 2 prices based on time – Peak and Off Peak
Everybody will want the same times and will say they can’t get there any other time, unless you present your booking sheet in a different way

Here’s just one example

Green zones are during the day and are cheaper. You’ll be surprised how many people will make the extra effort to book one of your off peak times if presented correctly, and if they know they are saving money as well as achieveing there goals!

You can change this to suit your working life
So if you are a morning person, make all your early times off peak and encourage others to get up early.

Well I think Changing price on the Time bases would effect the Price structure and reputation of the trainer.

Multiple Pricing.

So what do you think

I really like this idea, like you said, there are those people who will make the extra effort to do the cheaper sessions but you'll also get a lot of people who will only be able to do the peak sessions. That way, you should be able to fill your diary with more clients.

I have thought of doing this... but the only reason i've avoided it is so I don't offend my current peaktime clients...
