Hi Guys and Gals,
Ive been training a client for about 5 months and he's been working pretty hard at it, but he turns fifty next month, does anyone know if I need to do anything different with him, ie: should I start toning it down? I currently do alot of boxing and sprint work with him, and he is in decent nick, any pointers?
