I'm going to throw NASM into the mix...
The market leaders (in my opinion!) by a long way. Their research and development team wins it for me.

Hey, thought i'd add my thoughts on this for anyone considering who to go with. I did my Level 2 Gym Instructor with YMCAfit this past summer I thought they were okay, but did feel at times that we could have had a bit more instruction from the trainers during the practical workshops. I also found the course notes to be of poor quality. Some of the diagrams/pictures in the notes were like bad quality photocopies and at times difficult to read clearly.
After my YMCAfit experience I went along to Premier for one of their open days and I have to say it just seemed a little more inpressive than the YMCAfit set up. I also had a chance to look through the course notes and the quality seemed much better (clear full colour diagrams/pictures, etc). So when it came to booking my Level 3 Personal Training Cert I decided to go with Premier. Hopefully it'll be the right choice (will find out in a few weeks)!
