Freelance or Employed?

So, who's a freelance trainer and whos a trainer employed by a gym?
whats better in your opinion?

I would go for freelance in fact I was just offered a job on that bases and cant make my minds :confused: . Earning potential is great on paper. In this instance you never know what is behind the corner but if you dont risk you dont get it.
with all your experience within the industry would you see this as non-sense?

whats the opportunity you've been offered? if you can explain more i can probably give you a balanced idea on the pros and cons

you're right 'on paper' everything is always rosey, so its always good to seek others advice and tap into there experiences :)

Freelance. But only if you're willing to put the hours in, develop your selling and marketing skills and willing to take the rough with the smooth... :)
