I have opened a new fitness studio in Basingstoke which is much better than all the other boring gyms in basingstoke (http://www.thefitnessexperts.co.uk) I also have a meeting room with board room table, projector, whiteboard etc so i think it would be perfect for any companies that want to use it for a venue for their personal training courses. We have ample free parking and are only 5 minutes away from the M3 junction.

To be honest mate you may be pissing in the wind trying to generate business from companies this way.

Call them directly - the training providers are always on the lookout for venues. They don't always pay - sometimes they might prefer to offer you a free place on the course.

Alternatively, you could help fill the course for them and take a fee per course delegate.
