The following are a general list of forum rules. We ask that you read these rules before posting in the PTHub Forum!.
Behavior: be nice. While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters. If you don't agree with someone's opinion, please don't flame. Everyone is entitled to state their opinion. We want PTHub to be open to people of all ages, genders, races, and sexualities, so any inappropriate or offensive posts will be deleted and the poster will receive a warning.
Account: only one account per person is permitted. If you are found to own multiple accounts, they will all be banned.
Content: do not post ****, adult, warez, illegal, copyrighted and sexually oriented content. Any post containing an inappropriate content (or a link to reach it) will be deleted and the poster will receive a warning. Do not post spam or post the same article more than once.
Keep the focus: be sure to post in the appropriate section. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will be moved or locked. Do not cross-post the same question to multiple places.
Be clear: Try to summarise the problem briefly in the subject, and then elaborate in the message itself. Do not use ALL CAPS or AlTeRnAtEd TeX. Don't use big sized text. Don't add weird info just to draw attention. (e.g.: read or die, please i'm falling..).
Include as much information as you can when seeking help.
Signatures: the signature must be setup in your Profile (USERCP button, top right), and not manually added to your messages. Duplicate links to the same URL in a signature are not allowed. Do not add huge or too flashy images, they are a waste of space and they're annoying.
Ref links: if you're promoting a program, you're promoting it for the benefit of the community, not for your own. So Referral links aren't allowed.Also, those following are some more simple rules to keep the PTHub Forum a friendly, quiet and peaceful place where to be:
Do not spam. No blatant advertising.
Do not "bump" threads by making pointless posts just to bring a thread back to the top of the topic index.
Do not make 1-3 word posts such as "pm me" and "i'm in!" , they are considered spam and unacceptible. Don't post just to increase your number of posts; the number has not direct relation to the reputation of a member, and we all know.
Spam posts do not contribute to the community at all and are a waste of space.
Do not send questions pertaining to topics of discussion on this board via personal messages or email to Moderators or Admins, they will be ignored.
All posts must be in English, even though this is an international forum.
DO NOT use PTHub as a basis for spamming or scamming our members. Don't abuse of the Private Message function.
