Hi there

Im not a personal trainer but im taking the first steps to becoming one. I work full time at my current job and skint at the moment so couldnt just do an intensive course. Ive just enroled a ncfe level 2 in fitness instruction which is one night a week and im hoping this will get my foot into a gym for working towards my level 3 personal trainer.

Ive got a few questions

Would a gym hire me part time without my level 2?

Would a gym allow volunteers to help out and get experience?

How would i get involved with being a online personal trainer? and is there much money in it?

Also how did you gain confidence in running a class or group of people, ive never been forced into this sort of situation and its something id want to work towards once im qualified.

Sorry for any typos and the long message im using my phone to post.

Also if anyone got any facebook pages post them here and ill like them

thanks

Possibly, sometimes, you can get an apprenticeship where your level 2 and 3 in some cases gets funded depending on your age situation etc.

Depends on the gym...ask

Lots of work learning SEO, filming videos etc. Work in the real world first, master your craft and then gradually take it online

Jump in and get wet :) Plan your first session solidly include timings but allow room for change and remember that they aren't assessing you, they trust you to know what your doing and to be confident so be so
