Hi,
From your experience what would you do or not to do (or at least be careful with...) if one of following injuries bothers your clients:
- slipped disk in the past or
- pain in shoulder when perform barbell behind neck press or
- pain in forearm when perform barbell biceps curl or
- asthma or
- high blood pressure or
- slight pain of a muscle (doesn’t really matter which one: calf, quads...) or
- period (ladies)
- any other you come across; what did you do, react, say…
What would you advice your client in any of those from above.
