Hi there,
I am embarking on a 5 year plan to become qualified and to teach as a PT along with coaching Triathlon, so lots ahead of me I know.
Looking at the PT courses available, then there are lots to choose from (distance learning being my only option at the moment)....but with a lack of £££ for anything costly, it looks like I will have to save for these courses.
I have done some digging around and there seems to be some courses in various modules being offered, such as:
Diet Nutrition Exercise Fitness and Health Course from UK Open Learning which gives you an OCN Level 3 award.
But is this of any relevance or would it be a waste of time to do this whilst I save for the PT course ????
Cheers for any help.
