New member saying "Hi all" - after working in the IT industry for 11 years, I decided it just wasnt for me and I wanted to do something I really enjoy, so have qualified as a gym instructor yesterday, I am sure you guy will be very helpful in helping with any questions I may have.

I am based in Essex, qualified with FuterFit, so I am hoping to get a place within FitnessFirst to begin with.

I am currently in the process of completing an "Advanced diploma in PT", covering GP referrel, circuit training, nutrition and weight management and an NVQ LIII.
