Thumbs up

I believe your own body is! For some of the money you can spend on equipment etc, a good set of bodyweight exercises can be as effective as anything.

If you do wish to purchase something however, I would recommend a stability ball if you are a budget, if you aren't, then a set of kettlebells

Hope this helps!

Kettlebells, gymnastic rings are good...Your boyweight can be used.....It doesnt matter what you use, but how you train...If you put your back into it, than, even with just body weight ,you can get great workout....

Kettelbell were used long time ago. Yes they are popular ATM, but at the end of the day, they are just a tool.

So is dumbell, olympic bar, machines, etc. It what you put into it that make it work.
For stomach you dont need anything, floor exercise, will do the job. Every time you lift something above your head, your stomach starts to work they way it is design to work, to support upper body.
