Hi All

I live on the Essex and Hertfordshire border and would like a personal trainer for a fixed period (to be agreed). I was hoping to swap my time for yours and hopefully we can both benefit.

In return for your time I would like to offer a website design, regular social network updates in your name to keep a fresh online presence and my before and after testimonials.

www.mijasrental.com(still in design)
are some sites I've worked on recently.

You can see from some of these sites that I update their Twitter and Facebook pages daily to create interest and freshness.

In return I need you to get me fit!

If you're interested please send me a message.

Cost is for ever and a day a big contemplation. A number of units can be pay money for for merely a duo of hundred dollars, at the same time as others can charge a pair of thousand dollars; and it's over and over again easier said than done for the customer to inform the dissimilarity flanked by these dissimilar models.

Offshore asset protection involves registering all your assets in a foreign country where it is difficult for the creditors to reach. Offshore accounts are known for their best asset protection services. Asset protection schemes allow the assets to be closely guarded from those individuals who want to take advantage of your assets. By registering your assets outside the home country, one can ensure that his or her assets are away and not claimed by anyone legally. This is especially useful when one is facing divorce or any such litigation, where the chances of the assets being claimed upon are high.

Most of the creditors get discouraged as soon as they hear the term ‘offshore’. This is mainly so as the cost of pursuing a lawsuit in a foreign jurisdiction is way too high. Asset protection is essential as it only takes a single judgment for you to lose all that you have. Offshore investments have ceased to be a territory of the filthy rich but have now become a favorite option of the not-so-rich as well.

On availing asset protection, the complete character of asset changes. From something that can be easily seized and sold, it becomes an entity that cannot be seized or sold. Offshore asset protection helps the debtor by protecting him or her by creating certain types of trusts and entities in a country with debtor friendly laws. Unless the offshore account is used for hiding away ill-gotten wealth, it is completely safe and highly beneficial. The account holders also enjoy complete confidentiality and security assurance from the offshore banks.

The biggest observation I have made of the fitness industry is that it can be far too visual. It's often about the number of qualifications or how ripped you are that makes the difference.

Perhaps not so, I would say that 90% of trainers are helping people lose weight who couldn't really care less about how many qualifications you have or how nice your physique is.

I have seen websites where there are pictures of the trainer with their top off etc, if you were an unhappy overweight person, would this appeal? I guess not.

I have personally implemented some effective strategies within Inspiring Fitness that have worked wonders and really got client buy in.

Hi all, im knew to the forum and after looking over a few of the posts am really impressed by the knowledge people seem to have and the help thats been given to people etc.

Ive recently enroled on a personal trainer course after working for the past year and a half as a gym instructor/lifeguard.

Im just wondering if u could share any info or experiences u have on the best gyms to potentially work for (as my aim is to begin working at a leisure centre and hopefully move into freelance and pt studio work). for example how much ground rent is and what the average income i can expect is.

I really enjoy working as a gym instructor but just feel to earn more money and feel more challenged i need to move into personal training- do you have any advice in general?

Cheers, James
