Hi Folks
Hoping you may be able to offer me some advice. I am soon to launch some group based training in my region and need some ideas on building varied and challenging circuit sessions for up to 20 people. We are talking large floor space, (outdoors in summer) minimal equipment (benches, a few dbs, mats etc)...I would be looking for a class to last up to 60 mins. I am keen to make it tough enough and varied enough to keep people challenged and up for more.
Hope someone out there can advise.
Thanks,

There are loads you can put in with little or no equipment,
Lunges
Sprints
Burpees
Press Ups
Box Jumps
Tricep Dips
Walking Lunges
Situps
...............The list is endless
